Who is Manjada? / Tko je Manjada?
Light, food, olive oil and wine are four kinds of energy fueling up my life. As laser physicist I’m investigating how Nature efficiently uses the Sun to power itself. Obsessed with homemade local produces and rustic cooking style inherited from my Istrian family. Taking care of my olive grove along with participating in sensorial tests of Istrian extra virgin olive oil are my two favorite kinds of relaxation. Wine entered into my life few years ago (I even passed the sommelier exam in Italy) and told me: “I’m here to feed your spirit and imagination.” I am among founders of the Taste of Croatia project that is one and only independent gourmet and wine guide to Croatia in English.
